Wausa loses to Winside, CreightonClick to view story on myWausaNews.com
Last week the Lady Vikings ran into a buzz saw as they were defeated by Winside on Tuesday and Creighton on Thursday. We just never got out of the gate against Winside. They are great team but when you give them several unforced errors and free ball attempts, they are the kind of team that will eat you up.
Against Creighton we started out slow but came back and played a pretty good 2nd game but then did not play very aggressively at the net and that took its toll on us in the end. The schedule does not get any easier down the stretch as we play Hartington and Wakefield on Tuesday night and then travel to Niobrara for triangular action with NVC and Clearwater/Orchard.
