Shickley wins two at Rising City triangularIn two wins for Shickley, Kaleigh Yantzie had 13 kills and Taylor Houck added 12. Makenna Coy had 14 set assists.
Tournament schedule released for Shickley TournamentSHICKLEY - Tournament brackets were recently released for the Shickley Tournament, which gets underway at 10 a.m. on Sept. 19 in Shickley.

YORK - Just say the words Crossroads Conference Volleyball Tournament, and I bet that the first thing that comes to most peoples minds is, great volleyball action.
On Saturday the action was first round and all the winners would be moving on to meet the top four seeds.
Hampton splits with Shickley, Exeter-MilliganSHICKLEY — Class D2-9 Hampton split its matches at the Shickley Triangular.
The Hawks opened with a 25-20, 25-19 win over Shickley. Sadie Shoup had nine kills while Caitlin Carlson added nine points and Kaylee Klute contributed 15 set assits.
Hampton then fell to Exeter-Milligan 25-14, 21-25, 25-16. Shoup had nine kills, Klute had 19 set assists and Taylor VanHousen scored 16 points with three aces.

Exeter-Milligan sweeps way past Shickley, HamptonSHICKLEY – The Exeter-Milligan Timberwolves recorded a two game sweep Thursday night as they opened the 2009 season at the Shickley Triangular.
The Timberwolves defeated the Hampton Hawks 25-145, 21-25 and 25-16, before taking care of the hosts in two straight games 25-9 and 25-16.

HAMPTON - The Hampton volleyball team split two matches at the Shickley Triangular, sweeping the host Lady Longhorns in two before falling to Exeter-Milligan in three sets.
To open the 2009 campaign, the Lady Hawks swept Shickley 25-20, 25-19. Senior Sadie Shoup led the team with eight kills on 13-of-17 hitting. She also had two service aces and four blocks on the night.
