It was two Class A rated volleyball teams, neither of which were defending state champion Papillion-La Vista South. So, naturally, No. 10 Millard West's match at No. 4 Lincoln Southwest on Monday night went the distance.

The Silver Hawks battled back from a 2-1 deficit in sets to post a 15-25, 25-21, 17-25, 25-12, 15-10 win, a close, competitive matchup much like the other top 10 battles in the first two weeks of the season.
