The Ansley/Litchfield volleyball team co-op together is off to a nice start.
So far, the Spartans are 10-0 to start their season and are ranked No. 6 in Class D-1 by the Omaha World-Herald.
Longtime coach Pat Hoblyn, who is 586-214 in her career, said the co-op has gone quite well.

KEARNEY — At Anlsey’s district volleyball final, Warrior fans often cheered, “A-H-S Let’s Go.”
It’s a cheer whose days are numbered.
Wilcox-Hildreth defeats LitchfieldWILCOX — Jana Wilson powered the Wilcox-Hildreth volleyball team with five ace serves and 12 assists to secure a 25-12, 25-22, 25-15 victory over Litchfield at home.
Morgan Farley had five kills for Wilcox-Hildreth. Miranda Paitz, Shelby Aspegren and Michaela Hinrichs each had four kills.

CALLAWAY - Callaway took a 25-18, 25-16 win over Litchfield in the Seven Valleys Tournament Saturday in Callaway.
Hope Downer had three kills for Litchfield, while Tonya Siegel, Megan Prunk and Taylor Pickar had one block each. Siegel, Kelsey Unick and Tiana Stithem had one ace serve apiece.
