Elm Creek finishes 2-0 at home triangular with Southern Valley, FranklinELM CREEK - The host Elm Creek volleyball team took care of Southern Valley 25-22, 16-25, 25-23 and Franklin 25-15, 25-19 on Tuesday.
In the other match, Southern Valley swept Franklin 25-15, 25-18.

Alissa Brooks put down 16 kills and Sarah Culver added 25 assists for Southern Valley.
Silver Lake sweeps Deshler, FranklinFRANKLIN – Silver Lake heads into the Twin Valley Conference Tournament on a five-match winning streak after sweeping Deshler and Franklin Tuesday night.

Loomis goes 3-0, Bertrand 2-1 at quadrangularLoomis 2, Bertrand 0
LOOMIS - Loomis narrowly swept Bertrand 27-25, 25-23 at the Loomis Quadrangular.
Katie Morten had nine kills for Loomis. Shelby Rademacher added four kills and three ace serves.
Bertrand's Haley Samuelson compiled 20 assists. Mindy Kuck had nine kills to go along with two ace serves and one ace block.

Shelton starts season 3-0Shelton Quadrangular
SHELTON — Shelton opened the season 3-0 at its own quadrangular Thursday night in area high school volleyball action.
The Bulldogs opened with a 25-7, 25-13 win over Harvard. Kalli Brannagan had seven aces for Shelton, while Lexie Brandt added 10 set assists.
