Falls City Sacred Heart has hired Susan Witt to replace Adam Santo as head volleyball coach.
Witt spent 13 years as the head coach of Falls City High and compiled a record of 124-207.

Last year's record, ranking: 23-7, No. 10.
Outlook: Four starters and 10 letterwinners return from last season as the Storm hope to compete for a conference championship. Junior OH MaKaleigh Yantzie (5-foot-11) had 234 kills last season and 5-7 senior OH Shelby Garland 226.
Kuker earns NJCAA All-American Honorable Mention Highland Community College sophomore Macie Kuker has been named an NJCAA All American Honorable Mention Selection for 2010. Kuker, a 5’8” setter/right side hitter, was also named to the All-Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference 1st Team this year.
Macie put up huge numbers once again this season for the Scotties, leading HCC in kills (232) and aces (44) and was second on the team in digs (252) and assists (466). Her overall outstanding play also earned her two KJCCC Verizon Wireless Player of the Week awards and a 2nd Team All-KJCCC selection in 2009.
Kuker is the daughter of Mike and Demetta Kuker of Verdon, NE.

LINCOLN - Second-seeded Chambers found itself down two games to one in the first round of the D2 State Tournament, but found its rhythm in the final two sets to advance over Falls City Sacred Heart at Lincoln Southwest High School on Thursday afternoon.
The Irish came out strong in the first set, dominating the Lady Coyotes 25-14. Chambers came back in the second set to even the match, ending up on the winning side of a 25-22 game.
But the Irish continued to look impressive, taking a two sets to one lead with a 25-17 win in the third set.
