ANSLEY Kara Ostrand (18) and Siera Rohde (16) combined for 34 service points to lead undefeated Ansley to a 25-15, 25-20, 25-13 victory over Elba/North Loup-Scotia (0-3).
Rohde led the Warriors (6-0) with 11 kills and five ace blocks.

YORK The High Plains Storm came out quickly and set the tone in their first round match up with Dorchester in the first set.
High Plains the 10-15, No. 8 seed earned the right to battle Crossroads Conference Tournament top seed and Class D1 No. 2 Exeter-Milligan Timberwolves, as they swept past the No. 9 seed Dorchester Longhorns 25-8, 25-20, 26-24.
Shelby goes 2-0 at Dorchester triangularDORCHESTER The Shelby volleyball team went 2-0 Thursday at a triangular in Dorchester, beating the host Longhorns 25-9, 25-15 and then dispensing of High Plains 25-10, 25-23.
Against Dorchester, DeAnna Cyza had four kills and two blocks, while Kiley Samek and Makenzi Kuhnel had seven and six assists, respectively. Telegram Super Senior Lindsay Coffin added three ace serves and nine digs.
In beating the Storm, Jessica Nekl had a team-high six kills and Samek had 10 set assists. Coffin had 24 digs and two ace serves.
Hampton goes 2-0 at Dorchester triangularDORCHESTER Hampton won two matches at the Dorchester triangular downing Giltner 25-20, 25-22 and Dorchester 25-17, 25-21.
Kalynn Dahlke led the Hawks against Giltner with 16 kills and three ace serves. Hannah Carlson added nine points and four ace serves, while Hannah Bamesberger dished out 15 set assists.
Dahlke (seven) and Carlson (five) combined for 12 kills against Dorchester, with Bamesberger adding 37 set assists, and Kylie Wochner nine service points including five ace serves.
Tournament schedule released for Shickley TournamentSHICKLEY - Tournament brackets were recently released for the Shickley Tournament, which gets underway at 10 a.m. on Sept. 19 in Shickley.

Nebraska Lutheran gets sweep of DorchesterClick to view story on York News-Times
WACO The Lady Knights got a battle from Dorchester in the first set of Fridays volleyball match in Waco, but after that it was pretty much cruise control for Nebraska Lutheran.
Lutheran Coach Matt Willems and his Knights won in a sweep, 25-22, 25-16, 25-14.
High Plains, Shelby move on at CRC TournamentRead SJ Munoz's story in York News-Times
YORK McCool Junction was able to rally and win the third set, but High Plains won the first two and the fourth as they moved on to face top-seed Clay Center in the Crossroads Conference Tournament, Saturday night in York.
The Storm, who will face the Wildcats at 3:00 p.m., Monday, won the match, 25-23, 25-21, 23-25, 25-13, at the York City Auditorium.
Osceola down Dorchester to remain unbeatenOSCEOLA Osceola remained undefeated as it cruised past Dorchester 25-11, 25-15, 25-21.
Alex Micek (10), Terra Micek (8) and Kaitlyn Schlief (7) combined for 25 kills in the match for Osecola (9-0). Katie Wilgocki led the Bulldogs with 12 points, while Michelle Wilgocki added 11.
