Players selected for West All-Star Game at Scottsbluff on June 2SCOTTSBLUFF — Players have been selected for the East and West teams for the 28th-annual West Nebraska All-Star Volleyball Game. The 26 members of the volleyball teams were nominated by their respective high school coach and selected by the all-star coaches.

After the week that was, it was probably a little amazing that the McCook High School volleyball team showed up to play at the McCook Invitational Saturday, Sept. 17.
The Bison suffered through several injuries in the week leading up to the annual home tournament. But McCook ended the tournament in fourth place and was competitive in two losses after losing arguably four of the top varsity players on the roster.
D2 No. 1 Bertrand starts 2-0ALMA - The D2, No. 1 rated Bertrand Vikings opened their season sluggishly at the Alma Triangular Thursday night but picked up steam in the second set against Alma to sweep their first triangular of the year.
